By accessing or using Confetti Kids Club’s facilities, website, or services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and fair experience for all guests and members.

1. General Use

• Confetti Kids Club (“CKC”) provides indoor playground, retail, snack bar, and party-hosting services for families and children.

• All guests must have an active signed waiver on file before participating in play or events.

• Parents and guardians are required to remain on-site and supervise their children at all times unless a specific drop-off program is offered.

• Guests must follow all posted playground rules and staff instructions. CKC reserves the right to remove anyone engaging in unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior.
   

2. Memberships

• Memberships are available per child, are non-transferable, and renew automatically each month to the card on file.

• Each membership includes one play visit per day plus 15% off snack bar, retail purchases, open play admissions, and party packages.

• Memberships have a three-month minimum commitment. Early cancellations are subject to a $15 per remaining month early termination fee.

• After the initial three months, memberships continue month-to-month and may be canceled through the online member portal with 30 days’ notice.

• A $15 fee applies for missed or declined payments.

• After three consecutive months of active membership, members receive a free t-shirt and one free play pass.

• Confetti Kids Club may close for private or exclusive events. These will be announced in advance on the Events Page of the website.

• CKC reserves the right to update membership pricing, perks, or terms with 30 days’ notice.

3. Bookings & Cancellations

• Party bookings require a deposit to reserve your date. Deposits are non-refundable within 14 days of the scheduled event.

• Party balances are due by the day of the event. Late arrivals, no-shows, or early departures do not qualify for refunds or partial credits.

• Any booking changes or rescheduling requests must be made through the online portal or by phone with adequate notice as stated in your booking confirmation.

4. Payments & Refunds

• All payments are processed securely through CKC’s designated payment provider.

• Memberships, party deposits, and retail purchases are non-transferable.

• Refunds are only issued in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. CKC reserves the right to deny refunds outside stated policies.

• Gift cards, play passes, and merchandise sales are final and not redeemable for cash.

5. Liability & Safety

• Confetti Kids Club is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or lost or stolen items while on the premises.

• Participation in play activities is at your own risk. Parents/guardians accept full responsibility for supervising their children and ensuring safe play.

• All participants must have a current signed waiver. The waiver remains valid for one year and may be updated at any time.

• Failure to comply with staff instructions or playground rules may result in removal from the facility without refund.

6. Photo & Media Policy

• Confetti Kids Club occasionally captures photos or videos for marketing, social media, and promotional use.

• By entering the facility, you grant permission for CKC to use such images without compensation or additional consent.

• If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform the front desk at check-in, and staff will note your preference.

7. Privacy & Data

• CKC respects your privacy. Personal information collected through membership or waiver systems is used solely for operational purposes and is never sold or shared outside of required service providers.

8. Changes to These Terms

Confetti Kids Club reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting online and at the front desk. Continued use of CKC facilities or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
